Coming I-74 bridge construction will complicate traffic in downtown Bettendorf beginning in 2015

More than 50 business owners attended a meeting at the Waterfront Convention Center to hear how road realignment and Interstate 74 bridge construction will impact traffic in downtown Bettendorf for the next few years.
